Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed
facade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models
using
Orgadata Logikal
, AutoCAD, and Revit as required.
Translate architectural and structural requirements into
workable facade solutions
, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Prepare detailed system drawings for
curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, and other aluminum & facade systems
.
Coordinate effectively with
clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
to resolve technical issues and ensure design accuracy.
Generate
BOQs, cutting lists, and fabrication data
through Orgadata for production and CNC machines.
Conduct
design feasibility checks
, including structural load assessments and thermal/waterproofing considerations.
Maintain and update
material libraries and supplier databases
within Orgadata.
Ensure all designs meet project
timelines, budgets, and quality standards
.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering
, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in facade design, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong proficiency in
Orgadata Logikal
(mandatory).
Working knowledge of
AutoCAD, Revit
, and other facade design tools.
