Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed facade design drawings, models, and technical documentation
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and structural engineers to deliver design intent
Prepare shop drawings, material take-offs, and fabrication drawings
Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards
Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams for design execution
Conduct site visits to verify installation accuracy and resolve design issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
3-5 years of experience in facade design, preferably in aluminum and glass systems
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D design tools
Strong understanding of facade materials, systems, and construction techniques
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Must be available in Riyadh for immediate employment
