Key Responsibilities
Design Development:
Create innovative facade concepts that align with the project's functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.
3D Modeling & Visualization:
Develop detailed 3D models and renderings using software such as
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino
, and others.
Material Selection:
Recommend appropriate facade materials and finishes, balancing
durability, sustainability
, cost, and visual impact.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare
comprehensive technical drawings
, fabrication details, and specifications for construction and manufacturing purposes.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with
architects, structural engineers, contractors
, and consultants to ensure design feasibility, code compliance, and successful integration.
Site Visits:
Perform
on-site assessments and inspections
to verify design implementation and maintain quality control.
Problem-Solving:
Tackle design challenges with innovative solutions that maintain aesthetic and functional standards.
Client Interaction:
Present design ideas to
clients and stakeholders
, gather feedback, and revise concepts accordingly to meet expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Facade Design, or a related field
.
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in facade design or a related architectural discipline.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
, and
Adobe Creative Suite
; familiarity with
Rhino
or parametric modeling is a plus.
Strong understanding of
building materials

Excellent
