to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative facade concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing facade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare facade design drawings, shop drawings, and detailed 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar tools.
Develop innovative facade concepts aligned with client requirements, architectural intent, and project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to finalize facade details.
Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, international facade standards, and safety regulations.
Select appropriate facade materials (aluminum, glass, stone, cladding, etc.) and prepare technical submissions.
Conduct design reviews, perform value engineering, and recommend practical, constructible solutions.
Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and technical proposals.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest facade design trends, sustainability practices, and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in facade design (experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and other facade design software.
Strong knowledge of facade systems: curtain walls, unitized panels, cladding, glazing, louvers, etc.
Understanding of structural design principles, thermal performance, waterproofing, and overall facade performance.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within project timelines.
Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient facade design is an advantage.
