Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced

Facade Design Team Lead

to manage and deliver high-quality facade design solutions for

aluminum, curtain wall, and glazing systems

. This role involves leading a design team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring facade designs meet

project specifications, timelines, and international performance standards

.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the

facade design team

for ongoing and upcoming projects. Review architectural drawings and develop

facade design concepts and technical solutions

. Prepare, review, and approve

shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, and technical documents

. Coordinate closely with

architects, consultants, project managers, and site teams

to ensure design alignment and constructability. Ensure compliance with

project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards

. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and resolution for

complex facade design challenges

. Monitor design progress, resources, and workloads to ensure

timely and accurate deliverables

. Support value engineering, design optimization, and cost-effective facade solutions.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in

Engineering or Architecture

.

8-12 years of experience

in facade design specializing in

aluminum and curtain wall systems

. Strong technical knowledge of

facade systems, materials, performance criteria, and detailing

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, and facade design / analysis software

. Proven

leadership experience

managing and mentoring a facade design team. Experience working on

GCC projects

is preferred.
