Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the facade design team for ongoing and upcoming projects
Review architectural drawings and develop facade design concepts
Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions, and calculations
Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and site teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards
Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues
Monitor design progress and ensure timely deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Minimum
8-12 years
of experience in facade design (aluminum & curtain wall)
Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and performance requirements
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, and facade design software
Leadership experience managing a design team
Experience in
GCC projects
