Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the facade and aluminum design team, ensuring productivity and technical accuracy
Review and approve shop drawings, design calculations, and technical submissions
Develop facade systems including curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, louvers, skylights, and aluminum works
Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and production teams
Ensure designs comply with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements
Provide technical solutions and value engineering proposals
Monitor design schedules and ensure timely submission and approvals
Support fabrication and site teams with technical clarifications
Mentor junior designers and engineers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
Minimum
8-12 years
experience in facade and aluminum design
Proven experience leading a design team
Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation methods
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SolidWorks / Revit
, and facade design software
Experience with international facade standards (ASTM, EN, BS, etc.)
Strong communication and coordination skills
