Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Fire & Life Safety Engineer
to oversee and ensure compliance with fire safety systems, inspections, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise in firefighting, fire alarm, and ACMV systems, along with strong knowledge of NFPA and QCDD regulations.Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise fire safety systems including firefighting, fire alarm, and ACMV systems. Prepare documentation and conduct inspections in line with
QCDD requirements
. Ensure compliance withNFPA and QCDD regulations
across all projects. Coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory authorities for approvals and inspections. Develop technical reports, safety documentation, and inspection records. Provide guidance on fire safety design, installation, and maintenance. Lead and support fire safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness plans.Requirements
Valid
UPDA & QCDD License
. Minimum10 years of experience
in Firefighting, Fire Alarm, and ACMV systems. Strong knowledge ofNFPA and QCDD regulations
. Experience in preparing and conductingQCDD inspections
. Proficiency inMS Office
and technical report writing. ValidQID and Driving License
. Ready forimmediate joining (maximum 1 month)
.Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
