Job Description

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven Gulf experience as a Mechanical Engineer or MEP Coordinator with CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES.

Job description:

You will supervise the Plumbing works for company projects executed by company inhouse team for company projects including multi Storey residential buildings, luxury villas, warehouses and managing and coordinate with other subcontractors assigned for HVAC, FA&FF, Low voltage works from design through to implementation.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, fit-out subcontractors and stakeholders to develop Mechanical design and shop drawings for construction projects.

Conduct site surveys and assessments to coordinate the MEP builder works, determine plumbing/HVAC system requirements and identify any potential obstacles or challenges.

Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and schematics for plumbing /HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with applicable DM codes, DEWA regulations, and project specifications.

Coordinate with Procurement Department to procure materials and equipment's, reviewing product specifications and conduct quality inspections as needed.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP Works on construction sites, providing technical guidance and support to construction teams as required.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to design and to prepare shop drawings.

Strong expertise in Plumbing & HVAC design Calculations design for buildings,

High communication skills both in mother language and English.

Background of BIM is an added advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
