The F&I Hub Executive is responsible for managing and facilitating finance and insurance (F&I) transactions for automotive sales. This role ensures smooth coordination between customers, dealerships, financial institutions, and insurance providers to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue. The executive must ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
Job responsibilities: (These are the fundamental job duties regularly performed by the employee in the position.)
Follow up the deal placements as per the Line Manager Guideline
Maintaining daily updates of deal statuses and progress to SE's and BM's.
Daily reconciliation of Retail DSL/SML to ensure all bank deals are applied in Seriti
Understanding the FICS system process using Seriti platform.
Maintain the WIPs (Work in Process) to its minimum in Seriti system
Ensure Maximum Approvals are received from Banks at the given TAT
Ensure deals are tracked on time with proper follow ups and updates in Seriti system
Escalations if required to be communicated/discussed to Operations Manager or HUB In charge
Attend FICS Monthly meetings with Sales & BM in showrooms and Bankers
Follow up and perform the tasks assigned by Operations Manager and HUB in charge
Ensure the compliance of Internal and External Standards.
Follow up and act upon on any Development or Changes on process/policies from HUB In charge
Work with team spirit with all the stake holders and peers
Allocated at Showroom with the Sales Team easy access by the SE for any bank assistance required
Validation of LPO's from Banks for Direct deals for all AWR Automotives
Proper feed of customer data information in Seriti system
Achieving set Targets for Retail & Fleet as per Bank Approval Ratio
Deal Inceptions on a regular basis (closure of deal)
Coordinate on Leasing deals from the showrooms from application till finalization
Timely & Regular Attendance is an expectation of performance for every staff
Review documents of HFA lead from Seriti before sending assessment to Tele Sales

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience
(Consider work experience requirement to do the job; x of years.)
2-5 years Banking Experience / F&I HUB Experience , preferably in the automotive industry.
Competencies
(Consider certain technical skills to do the job, Analytical Skills, Persuasives, Strategic Thinking etc.)
Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, loan processing, and insurance products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
