Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized care plans aligned with each patient's medical requirements.
Safely administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient safety.
Support physicians during clinical examinations, procedures, and treatments through effective coordination and teamwork.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, recovery plans, and proper medication administration.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote clear communication and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient care activities in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care that builds trust and enhances overall health and well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
