Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care efficiently
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical interventions
Educate patients and families on treatment processes, recovery plans, and safe medication practices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with healthcare standards
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that builds trust and emotional reassurance
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
