Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized care plans aligned with each individual's medical requirements.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wounds with precision, ensuring clinical accuracy and patient safety.
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and treatments, upholding the highest standards of care and teamwork.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, recovery processes, and safe medication practices.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote clear communication and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in full compliance with institutional guidelines and healthcare regulations.
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care that fosters trust, comfort, and holistic well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
