luxury fine dining venue

in Qatar. The ideal candidate will create an exceptional first impression for our guests, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and a passion for delivering a world-class hospitality experience in an elegant and sophisticated setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with genuine warmth, grace, and professionalism. Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow with efficiency and attention to detail. Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and introduce their service attendants. Maintain accurate records of reservations and waitlists, providing timely updates and clear communication with guests. Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized attention to ensure a seamless dining experience. Handle inquiries, special requests, and feedback with courtesy, discretion, and efficiency. Coordinate closely with the service, culinary, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold the venue's image of sophistication and luxury through impeccable grooming and demeanor. Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing reception and entrance area at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in hospitality or front-of-house operations is an advantage. 3+ years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar role within a fine dining or high-end luxury hospitality environment. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Professional appearance with a polished and confident demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a calm approach under pressure. A warm, courteous, and guest-centric attitude with a commitment to excellence. Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer applications. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
