Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to become the Strategic Lead for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) a pivotal role leading both FS1 and FS2 and teaching within the phase, starting in August 2025.
GEMS Royal Dubai School (RDS) a vibrant, Premium British School currently serving FS1 to Year 7 is expanding to Year 8 in August 2025 and growing annually to Year 13. With over 850 students representing 48+ nationalities, RDS is proud to be a fully accredited World-Class High Performance Learning School that consistently delivers outstanding outcomes.

As our EYFS Strategic Lead, you will:
- Inspire a culture of excellence, positivity and ambition within your team
- Drive outstanding teaching and learning across the EYFS phase
- Lead by example mentoring, coaching, and developing others
- Use data to inform strategy and elevate outcomes
- Partner with parents and staff to create a thriving Early Years community
- Ensure smooth transitions into FS1 and beyond into Key Stage 1
- Play a key role in school improvement and curriculum development
- Be a visible and valued leader, contributing actively to the wider school culture
- A confident and skilled Early Years teacher and leader, with significant previous experience in a similar setting
- Committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through innovation and best practice
