: Up to 12,000 AED per monthPaddington Park Early Childhood Centre is seeking a dynamic Head Teacher to lead their dedicated Early Years team while teaching their FS2 (Reception) class. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of a thriving nursery offering the British EYFS curriculum, where child-centred learning, creativity, and care are at the heart of everything the centre stands for.
Key Responsibilities
:Take full teaching responsibility for our FS2 class. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of early years educators. Maintain and drive high standards in teaching, learning, and safeguarding. Play a key role in shaping the centre's culture, curriculum, and community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognized qualification 5+ years of EYFS teaching experience, with a passion for moving into a leadership role Strong knowledge of the British EYFS framework English fluency (both written and spoken) 2-3 professional references Valid Police Clearance Certificate A nurturing, collaborative, and confident leader Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
