CANDIDATES FROM BEAUTY AND PERSONAL CARE -PERFUMES & COSMETICS WILL BE PREFERRED
Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand global market share
Identify and pursue new international business opportunities
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas clients and distributors
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws
Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
Train and lead export sales teams to achieve performance targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of experience in export sales or international business development
Strong understanding of global trade regulations and export documentation
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and export-related software
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
