Export Sales Executive – Perfume Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented

Export Sales Executive

to drive the international sales of our

perfume product lines

. This role is primarily focused on developing and maintaining business relationships with distributors and clients in overseas markets. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in

perfume export sales

, a deep understanding of international trade practices, and a proven ability to achieve export targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop

new export markets

for perfume products in regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with

international distributors, wholesalers, and B2B clients

. Actively pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market research. Manage the

end-to-end export sales process

, from inquiries and quotations to order follow-up and delivery coordination. Work closely with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely product availability and shipments. Monitor competitors, pricing trends, consumer demands, and regional market dynamics to support strategic planning. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international clients in line with company policies. Represent the brand at

international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

to promote products and expand client base. Ensure all export documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are properly handled. Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback summaries, and forecast projections for management review.

Requirements:



2-4 years of experience

in export sales, specifically in

perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industries

. Solid understanding of

international trade regulations

, export documentation, and Incoterms. Demonstrated success in building and managing

international B2B sales pipelines

. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and time zones. Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, Arabic) are an advantage. Ability to travel for client visits and trade fairs as required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
