Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Key Account Manager/Supervisor/Executive

to oversee and expand our strategic partnerships within the

electronics sector

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, business development, and sales execution within the

UAE market

, particularly in electronics and consumer technology.

Key Responsibilities:



Account Management:

Manage and grow key accounts in the electronics sector across the UAE. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients. Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within key accounts. Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and promotions.

Team Supervision (for Supervisor level):

Lead and mentor junior sales/account executives. Monitor team performance and support their development through coaching and training.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships. Collaborate with the marketing team for brand positioning and product promotion.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipelines, and forecasts. Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the UAE electronics market.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in key account management or sales within the

electronics industry

in the

UAE

. Strong existing network with major retailers, distributors, and/or B2B clients in the UAE electronics sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. UAE driving license is preferred.
