Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs departments.
Communicate with Farsi-speaking clients and suppliers.
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain export records and reports.
Communicate with international clients and suppliers.
Support the export manager in daily operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in export/import or logistics preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
