We are expanding our customer support team and hiring
Farsi-speaking Customer Care Executives
to support clients primarily in
Iran and other Persian-speaking regions
.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries from Iran-based and Farsi-speaking clients via CRM (HubSpot), email, chat, and social channels
Create and manage support tickets and coordinate with internal teams
Provide timely, professional, and accurate resolutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Understand company products to offer clear information
Requirements
Fluency in
Persian (Farsi)
and
English
is mandatory
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work rotating shifts (day/evening)
Experience or interest in trading, forex, or fintech is a plus
Familiarity with
Iranian user behavior, culture, or markets
is an advantage
