Job description:
1. Maintain communication with Customers, Suppliers, Shipping Agents, and our Bank Foreign Business Consultant.
2. Make purchase orders, export documents, and shipping arrangements.
4. Arrange samples to be sent to existing and potential customers.
5. Make and submit price quotations upon request.
6. Ensure timely shipments of the goods to customers through proper communication with shipping and logistic companies and accurate documents preparation.
7. Prepare documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipper's export declarations, certificates of origin, EUR 1 among other documents.
8. Make an annual order forecast for each customer.
9. Legalize documents to comply with export regulations for any specific country.
10. Miscellaneous clerical duties such as hard paper and electronic filing, scanning, making copies, sending fax, etc.
11. Hand over to the administrative assistant invoices and final export documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.1-2 years of experience in export coordination, logistics, or trade compliance (internships or academic projects in relevant fields will be considered).Basic knowledge of export regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, customs procedures).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
(Professional use of Excel is required, including quick issuance of invoices with mathematical equations.)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus, especially those relevant to key export markets).
Basic knowledge of export regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, customs procedures).
Understanding of HS (Harmonized System) codes and tariff classifications.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural awareness and adaptability for global stakeholder communication.
High ethical standards with a commitment to compliance and integrity.

Working hours, Monday-Friday 10.00-20.00 with 1h break
Work Location: Dubai branch office
20 working days is holiday per year, but only after 6 months working and after the approval from General manager.
