Job Title: Back Office Coordinator (Import/Export Specialist)
Location: Casablanca - Sidi Maarouf
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract of 1 year, renewable to CDI
Salary Range: 8,000 - 12,000 dhs/month depending on experience (Junior/senior)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking, for our client, a
Back Office Coordinator
with a solid and specialized background in
Import/Export operations
. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate import operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and interact with local authorities and internal teams to support seamless back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily
import operations
and documentation processes.
Ensure smooth and effective communication between the
sales teams
,
warehouses
, and
logistics departments
.
Conduct regular
follow-ups on import procedures
, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Remain fully updated on relevant
customs and import/export regulations
Submit and track certificates of conformity and other documentation on
Portnet
Interact and coordinate with
local authorities
(e.g.,
ONSSA
,
COC
,
Ministere de la Sante
) for regulatory compliance.
Collaborate internally with colleagues to collect and verify required data for customs and logistics purposes.
Proactively address and resolve issues related to import/export delays or documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Technical:
Proven experience in
import/export coordination (2 to 5 yrs of experience)
Strong knowledge of
local authorities' procedures
(e.g., ONSSA, Portnet)
Experience in preparing regulatory documents and certificates
Excellent organization
and very strong administrative rigor.
Strong command of sales administration.
Communication & Problem-Solving:
Fluency in English
(written and spoken) is essential
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach
Education & Tools:
Bachelor's degree (or higher)
in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
