Are you a facilities management expert with a passion for construction and renovation projects? Do you have a proven track record of providing technical guidance and utilizing computer assisted drawing tools to design structures? We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with expertise in 3D engineering design and engineer calculations to support the design process. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the installation of electrical equipment meets safety guidelines and is in line with customer needs and authorized government procedures. You will examine the needs of new electrical equipment and evaluate the efficiency of existing equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining building services related to lighting, heating, ventilation, and more. As the ideal candidate, you possess excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate technical knowledge to a variety of stakeholders. You have experience troubleshooting technical faults and developing timelines and plans to improve maintenance procedures. You are knowledgeable in health and safety standards and quality assurance and are committed to utilizing resources effectively and implementing sustainable energy practices. Responsibilities Effectiveness in managing the operation and constructions and renovation projects Provide technical guidance regarding structural repair, construction and design Professional in using computer assisted drawing tools to design structures. Expertise in 3D engineering design Performa engineer calculations to support the design (such as area, resources, power load details, airflow..etc) Ensure the installation of electrical equipment is in line with the customer need, safety guideline and according to authorized government entities procedure Examine needs of new electrical equipment in term of location, load, maintaince. Monitor the life cycle of equipment and prepare the inspection plan, report and provide the recommendation Evaluate the efficiency of the electrical system such as: Generator, elevator, pump, air conditions.. etc Utilize the available resources and ensure implement the energy saving criteria/concept (sustainability) Manage and maintain the building services related to lighting, heating, ventilation.. etc Ability to communicate the technical knowledge in clear and understandable manner Develop testing process Evaluate and recommend appropriate material based on building structure, facilities usage and cost effective Troubleshooting technical faults/error Develop plan and create timelines Plan , develop and improve the maintenance procedure related to preventive and corrective. Expertise in health and safety standards and quality assurance Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED28,000.00 - AED38,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
