Spa Manager / Director

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Spa Manager or Director

to lead our luxury spa operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and a deep understanding of luxury guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures across all departments (service, training, inventory, payroll). Drive spa revenue through innovative

sales and marketing strategies

, guest retention, and upselling. Maintain and process bookings through various spa management software. Lead by example in handling guest relations, ensuring any complaints or concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. Manage and coach staff, addressing performance issues efficiently and motivating team members to achieve service and sales goals. Monitor and evaluate team productivity and guest satisfaction metrics. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and developments within the spa and wellness industry. Ensure all staff adhere to brand standards, dress code, and grooming requirements. Prepare and manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

as a Spa Manager or Director in Dubai.

Diploma in Spa Management

(minimum qualification). Strong experience in

luxury spa or hospitality environments

. Skilled in handling

various spa software platforms

. Proven ability to
