Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa cluster manager or Spa general Manager to join our team at Versailles Spa. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, client satisfaction and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee spa operations across [number of] locations (for Cluster Manager role). Manage team schedules, training, and performance to ensure a positive working environment and exceptional client experience. Ensure each spa location consistently meets high standards in cleanliness, service quality, and client satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, retain existing clients, and boost revenue. Maintain and monitor inventory levels, including retail and spa supplies. Analyze financial performance and implement initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions and optimize seasonal offerings. Spa & Wellness Expertise: Understanding of spa rituals, facials, hammam, hydrotherapy, and sound healing. Familiarity with luxury spa design, guest flow, and sensory experience creation. Advanced Wellness Technologies: Knowledge of Iyashi Dome (infrared detox), Icoone (body contouring), Hydrafacial, Artemis technologies, and IV Infusion therapies. Ability to guide team training and ensure proper usage, safety, and client results. Biohacking & Longevity Practices: Awareness of modern biohacking methods (detox, recovery, energy optimization, skin rejuvenation). Understanding of longevity science and measurable outcome-driven wellness. Luxury Hospitality Standards: Deep understanding of 5-star hospitality protocols (guest care, confidentiality, personalization). Expertise in handling VIPs, celebrities, or executive clientele.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Cluster Manager, or similar role in the wellness or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented with a commitment to creating an exceptional client experience. Knowledge of spa industry trends, products, and services. Proficiency in budget management, sales, and performance metrics. Ability to travel between multiple locations
