Job Overview

:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who can plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design and video editing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
Create, design, and schedule visually appealing posts, reels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Edit and produce short videos and promotional clips optimized for social platforms.
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams to align content with campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics for social media.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or corporate sectors is a plus.
Skills in photography and content creation are an advantage.
