Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion, coupled with expertise in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising. This role requires a creative visionary who can translate our brand's essence into compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing our bespoke garments and behind-the-scenes processes.
Craft engaging narratives that highlight our craftsmanship and design philosophy.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our presence on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn for all our accounts.
Plan and execute daily posts, stories, and reels that align with our brand identity.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and interaction.
Digital Advertising:
Design and implement targeted ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
Analyze ad performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Influencer & Community Engagement:
Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility.
Foster relationships with clients and followers, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.
Event Planning:
Conceptualize and coordinate events that promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with impeccable pronunciation to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
Strong background in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Demonstrated experience in running successful ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp) and TikTok.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that align with our brand.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field is required.
Requirements:
Must be a resident of Dubai with the ability to commute to our office daily.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to work on-site during standard business hours.
