Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site or Labor Supervisor in the UAE
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage workers efficiently and maintain discipline on site
Daily follow-up on tasks and work progress
Ability to read and understand basic construction plans is a plus
Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers on site
Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain quality standards
Report daily progress to management
Enforce safety and company regulations
Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth workflow
