Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
Monitor and optimize labor accommodation standards.
Design incentive programs to boost labor productivity and retention.
Oversaw payroll processing with accuracy for 50+ workers.
Conduct monthly skills gap analysis and recommend training programs.
Conduct regular audits of work permits and documentation.
Mediate workplace conflicts and maintain discipline records.
Serve as primary liaison between workers and government inspectors.
Requirements:

Experience:
in HR/labor management (manufacturing/printing preferred).
Skills:
Strong Excel, problem-solving, and Arabic/Urdu/Hindi language skills.
Location:
Based in UAQ or willing to relocate.
