The Role:

We're looking for a confident, organised, and beauty-savvy Salon Assistant / Receptionist to be the face of Glow Shack. You'll play a key role in creating a seamless client journey, supporting our stylists, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression Manage appointment bookings and confirmations across phone, WhatsApp, and online systems Handle payments, retail sales, and daily cash reconciliation Keep the front desk, waiting area, and retail shelves pristine and well-stocked Support stylists and therapists with setup, clean-down, and client needs Stay informed on services, promotions, and product knowledge to answer client questions Handle client feedback gracefully and professionally Assist with social content (optional but a bonus!)

You'll Need:

1+ year experience in a salon, spa, or high-end hospitality setting Strong organisational and multitasking skills Fluent English and confident communication skills Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor Comfortable with salon software, POS, and WhatsApp-based communication A genuine love for beauty and wellness
