Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Coordinator Receptionist located in Dubai. The Salon Coordinator Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, performing receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients. These duties include but are not limited.

Note: preferred nationalities. Philippines, Nepal, Indonesia, Kazakhstan

must be able to relocate and live in company accommodation

Qualifications

Strong phone etiquette and appointment scheduling skills Experience in receptionist duties and effective communication Proficiency in customer service Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the beauty or salon industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office or customer service management are advantageous
