Job Description

Base Pay: AED2,500
Commission: 10% of sales brought in.
Total Salary (Base + Commission): up to AED5,000

As the Salon Manager & receptionist, you'll play a key role in managing daily operations, leading our talented team, and driving the salon's growth. You'll work closely with the management team and the salon team to ensure the salon runs smoothly, clients leave happy, and our reputation continues to thrive. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, creativity, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

: Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, efficient workflows, and exceptional service delivery.

Client Experience

: Answer all client request on Instagram, Facebook, Whatstapp and ensure every client receives a personalized experience that keeps them coming back and referring others.

Business Growth

: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, increase repeat visits, and boost revenue through promotions, events, and social media engagement.

Social Media Presence

: Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content for our social platforms, showcasing our work, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Inventory & Supplies

: Oversee product inventory, ensuring we're stocked with the best tools and products to deliver top-notch services.

Compliance

: Ensure the salon is always clean and meets all health, safety, and industry regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a creative team. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable client experiences. Knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting. A creative mindset with an understanding of current beauty trends and social media marketing. Experience with Instagram or other social platforms is a plus--bonus points if you're passionate about creating engaging content! Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in salon management software and basic Microsoft Office tools. A cosmetology or business management degree is a plus but not required.
