Job Title: Sales Supervisor Department: Shipping Supervises: Shipping Manager Location: Sharjah Marhaba Front Desk (M1) Role Purpose KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Leadership
- Work Closely with Staff members and maintain coordination between the staffs and Customers.
- Focus on Opportunities
- Collect and complies more data to identify opportunities and bring more business to the company
- KPI and Sales Report
- Prepare KPI and Sales Report for Staff members
- Customer Focus and Awareness of the Market
- Develop loyalty with customers so the customer repeats the business and must have awareness of the market and competitors
- Sales Solution.
- Any complains related to Sales Division must be solved immediately
- Shipping Knowledge
- Should have knowledge about the Shipping services and other information related to shipping lines.
- Auction and Vehicle Knowledge.
- Should have knowledge about the vehicles and Auctions in US and UAE.
- Multitasking.
- Must have the ability of Multitasking.
- Customer Follow up.
- Make sure that the team members are following properly with customers regarding the status, payment and inventory.
- Follow with team members for any invoices which are due and must be paid within the due date.
