We are seeking an experienced receptionist who is skilled in sales and proficient in English and Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a proven track record of sales success. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, screen and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients
Schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare and send outgoing mail and parcels
Process incoming and outgoing couriers and mail
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining records
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably with a sales background
Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
