Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate agents, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administrative Support:
Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to real estate brokers.
Meeting Management:
Book and manage meeting rooms for internal and client meetings.
front Desk Duties:
Greet and assist guests at the reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain office documents and records efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous real estate experience is compulsory.
Experience in front desk, administrative roles, or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online advertising platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
