POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a

proven track record

and

at least 2 years of experience

in Dubai real estate. The ideal candidate is ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to excel in one of the most competitive property markets in the world.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary: AED 7,000 - 10,000

(based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect, qualify, and manage leads effectively Advise clients on off-plan projects, market trends, and investment opportunities Conduct property viewings and negotiations Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with developers, landlords, and buyers

REQUIREMENTS

Arabic speakers only

? Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai

(mandatory)

? Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai property market (off-plan focus preferred)

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

? RERA certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

? Self-driven, professional, and team-oriented
