Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in property sales, client relationship management, and market navigation. You'll be responsible for managing high-value transactions, advising clients, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations based on client goals Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic insight Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and regulatory environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are a plus UAE driving license and own vehicle required Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
