Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in quantity estimation for buildings, commercial and private villa's
Prepare, analyze, and evaluate tender documents and cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in quantity surveying and tendering. (Abu Dhabi region)
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Quantity Surveying.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and methods.
Excellent proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS office, planswift, etc.
Outstanding analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
