Job Summary:
We are hiring a
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
for ourMEP Department
in a reputable construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, and be capable of managing project costs, BOQs, variations, and subcontractor payments.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates for MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical). Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payments, and variation claims. Assist with tendering, procurement, and budgeting. Monitor project costs, progress, and reporting. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers on material and cost control. Finalize monthly valuations and project close-out reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. 3-6 years of experience as a QS in MEP works within the UAE or GCC. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS tools like Candy or CostX. Strong knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Membership in RICS or other professional QS body is a plus. Experience in high-rise or commercial construction projects.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
