As we expand, we are looking for an exceptional
Junior Accountant
to join our Finance & Operations team. This is not your typical back-office accounting job -- it's a fast-paced, hands-on role in a dynamic business that blends real estate, hospitality, and tech.
Role Overview
As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day accounting and financial administrative tasks that support our property portfolio. You'll work closely with the Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, clean reconciliations, and support cross-functional operations that touch everything from guest bookings to owner settlements.

Key Responsibilities
Record and process daily transactions including vendor invoices, utility bills, and staff reimbursements.
Post and reconcile guest revenues from platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and PropertyFinder.
Conduct daily bank and payment gateway reconciliations (e.g., Stripe, Network International).
Assist in preparing owner income reports and timely payouts.
Track petty cash, concierge/driver expenses, and internal cash usage.
Maintain organized digital accounting records and backups for VAT and audit purposes.
Coordinate with operations and guest relations to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Support Senior Accountant in monthly closing and financial reporting processes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-3 years of accounting experience (hospitality, real estate, or tech start-up exposure is a plus).
Strong grasp of double-entry accounting and reconciliations.
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools (Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
