We are seeking a reliable and responsible Civil Foreman oversees construction project, coordinating work crews, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. They play a key role in project management, monitoring progress, and addressing any on-site issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor work progress and productivity of laborers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Coordinate with Site Engineer regarding resource allocation, material requirements, and scheduling. Ensure safety standards are strictly followed by all site personnel in accordance with UAE labour laws and company policies. Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality standards and report any deviations or issues to the engineering team. Maintain a clean and organized site, enforcing housekeeping and safety rules at all times. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and ensure instructions are clearly understood and executed. Supervise multiple work crews (civil, carpentry, steel, MEP) to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Conduct site inspections to verify quality and compliance with specifications. Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings. Manage material deliveries and equipment allocation. Train and mentor junior foremen and workers. Report project status, risks, and delays to senior management. Ensure proper documentation (daily logs, inspection reports).

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a General Foreman in high-rise projects. Strong knowledge of all construction phases (structural, finishing, MEP). Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings. OSHA 30 or similar safety certification (preferred). Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
