We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in United Arab Emirates.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation Oversee day-to-day construction activities, supervising contractors and workforce to maintain quality and safety standards Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies Manage project risks, resolve issues, and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review and approve designs and specifications Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies Proficiency in construction management software and tools Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in Dubai and the UAE Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
