We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil engineer having high rise building experience ideally G+20 floors to join our team.

The duty include work closely with other professionals, including architects, construction managers, and urban planners, to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure project completion

on schedule and within budget.

? Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure

compliance with project specifications and building codes.

? Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to

safety protocols.

? Prepare and submit site reports, construction schedules, and project

updates.

? Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that

may arise on site.

? Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain effective communication

and address any arising issues.

? Ensure all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the

specifications.

? Strong knowledge of shoring and pilling.

Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

? Society of Engineering Certificate , Green Building Certificate

? 10+ years of experience in building construction project management..

? Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D), knowledge

of construction materials, and structural analysis.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills for

collaboration with teams and clients.

? High level of accuracy in work and documentation.

? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and authority

? Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
