Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Sales Performance (Agent)
Independently manage and close high-value sale and rental transactions across Dubai.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently exceed quarterly targets.
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of the Dubai property market, including new launches, regulations, and investment trends.
Team Management & Mentorship (Leader)
Provide daily coaching, pipeline review, and on-the-ground support to your two assigned junior agents.
Set clear, actionable goals for the junior agents and monitor their progress.
Act as the primary point of contact for complex transactions and client escalations within your micro-team.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven, verifiable sales success as a real estate agent in Dubai or a comparable high-demand market.
Leadership Potential:
Demonstrated ability or clear potential to coach, motivate, and guide junior colleagues.
Market Mastery:
Deep understanding of the local area, RERA regulations, and the full sales lifecycle in the UAE.
Professionalism:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only structure built for high earners:
Personal Sales:
70% Commission Split
on gross revenue generated by the Team Leader's personal deals.
Override/Bonus:
Commission on the performance of the junior agents to be discussed based on experience.
Support:
Access to world-class CRM, marketing budget, and administrative support.
