Production/Planning teams

Purpose:

Coordinate with Supply chain team to ensure manpower/services as required are being procured


Collect all projected manpower requirements, confirm location, quantity, and skill set requirement

External Communication:

Accountability:

Are accountable for their acts and omissions.

Responsibility:

To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

Authority:

To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

Education & Professional Qualification:

High School

Professional Experience:

3-5 years in Supply Chain or equivalent capacity that allows to perform the related tasks

Geographic Experience:

Not required

Computer Skills:

Basic MS Office and Data-entry

Language Skills:

Fluent in English - both written and spoken; Arabic a plus

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:

Not required

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Review project requirements for manpower, and ensure sufficient supply is available Work with Production/Planning team to take projected manpower requirement and ensure numbers are updated regularly Work with various subcontracting companies to request manpower/services as required Assist in creating PO requests as necessary Ensure invoicing is accurate and submitted on time Work with production team to ensure timecards for subcontractors are submitted accurately and on time Assist in subcontractor/manpower supply company contracting process, and assist vetting quality and timeliness of supply from companies Perform job related duties as assigned
