We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Admission and counselling position . As an Arabic speaker Female , you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent relationships with our Arabic-speaking clients within the Education industry.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain contact with prospective Arabic-speaking students through calls, emails, and chats to build their interest in our programs. Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions promptly and professionally. Showcase the unique value of our universities programs, and courses, effectively communicating how we meet their educational and career aspirations. Supporting prospective students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete the required documents as per the admission process Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management. Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty among Arabic-speaking clientele.
Qualification and Experience:

Fluency in Arabic and English languages is essential. Graduates with minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counselling in the education/training sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for building lasting student relationships. Basic knowledge of school and college education systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the education industry or related field is a plus.
