Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard exhibitors and sponsors for the festival
Promote exhibition booths and sponsorship opportunities to relevant businesses
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
Represent the event professionally and accurately to prospects
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in sales (exhibitions, events, sponsorships, or B2B sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Existing network within food, beverage, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Compensation
100% Commission-Based
