We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a commission-only role ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, driven to succeed, and ready to earn based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with leads through calls, online platforms, and referrals
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Schedule and conduct property viewings
Negotiate and close deals efficiently
Stay informed about market trends and property regulations
Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Requirements:
Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Own visa preferred
Must be based in Dubai
