Your Role as Production Manager
As Foreman, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of our projects. Your expertise will ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete execution of projects, ensuring excellence at every stage
Develop and maintain timelines and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, sales) to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
Anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues to keep projects on track

Proven experience in production within the interiors sectors
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
